No demolition or structural work required.

Paint walls & ceilings in key rooms (neutral color)

Reconnect:

Rehang and reattach interior doors to hinges

Patch light wall imperfections (holes, dents, hook marks)

Install new outlet covers and plug plates

Install/replace 10-year sealed battery smoke detectors (all bedrooms + hallway)

Deep clean tub and re-caulk as needed

Sweep, mop, and remove debris/trash from inside

🏚 Exterior Tasks:
